WBHO Learnerships Application 2025/2026 – How to Apply for WBHO Learnerships 2025/2026.

The history of WBHO dates back to 1970 when John Wilson and Brian Holmes founded Wilson-Holmes (Pty) Ltd – since its inception, the company has gone through various mergers before being names WBHO Construction in 1994.

The JSE listed company is one of the biggest Southern African construction companies, with offices in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and Durban.

WBHO are involved in various construction activities including Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Roads and Earthworks.

ABOUT THE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME

WBHO Learnerships are available within the following fields (BTech/ BEng/ BSc/ National Diploma):

  • Civil Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Construction Management
  • Building Science

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted and requested to attend an interview.

WBHO learners will receive a salary which is determined by their current year and field of study, however no extra employment benefits will be provided. Students will be required to work according to site specific requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

  • South African citizen
  • Completed Matric
  • Studying full-time towards one of the aforementioned qualifications
  • Achieved a minimum overall average of 60% in your previous year of study

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE LEARNERSHIP/ INTERNSHIP

Applicants must download and complete the WBHO Learnership Application Form (.pdf)

You may be required to attach copies of the following documents (please attach ALL the documents as incomplete applications will not be considered, also ensure that you only submit copies, as original documents will not be returned):

  • Identity document (certified copy)
  • One colour photo (passport size)
  • Matric certificate (certified copy)
  • Full tertiary academic record
  • Curriculum Vitae

CLOSING DATE

30 June.

Be sure to apply on or before this date – any applications submitted after this date are late and will NOT be accepted.
