As Stenden South Africa is a private provider, all operations are funded by student fees. As such we practice a strict policy with regards to student payments. The academic and other fees must be paid in its entirety before the start of any module according to the payment plan. We have the following options in place:
- Pay fees in full before 15 January 2025 and get a 5% discount on Tuition.
- Pay per module in advance.
- Pay per month in advance with a deposit.

Please Note:
Per Month Fees
Per month fees apply to Tuition only. Students who want to make use of Stenden’s accommodation and meals do not have a per month payment option as all operational fees need to be paid per module in advance as per above.
Tuition Per Month
R 24 500 before 15 January 2025
Then R 7 500 by 28 February / March / April / May / June / July / August / Sept / Oct / Nov Students may not enter the following module if consecutive payments of R7 500 have not been made.
We practice a strict policy with students who want to move out of Stenden accommodation or change their meal plan during the year. One full semester notice must be given inwriting to Student Affairs.
For the one meal a day option, students must indicate in advance whether they will be eating lunch or dinner on campus. No changes to accommodation and meals are permitted during the module.
Students whose fees have not been paid in advance per module, will not be allowed back for studies. B.Com third year facilities fees apply for 6 months as the students go on an internship after the first six months. Tuition fees for B.Com third year must be paid in full and final by 31 May 2025 in order for us to proceed with the internship arrangements. B.Com third year students whose full fees have not been settled by 31 May 2025 will not proceed to go on internship.
Invoices will be issued on a quarterly basis, that is, for each module.
