Terms and Conditions:
- hostel fees to be paid in advance on below specified dates (non-negotiable);
- should payment terms not be met, you will be contacted to collect your child from the hostel;
- your child will not be able to return until such time that the termly fees are paid up in full;
- NOTICE PERIOD: full term’s notice to be provided for the withdrawal of your child/ren.
If not provided, you will be held liable for a term’s hostel fees. - R500 non-refundable deposit required.

DEBENTURES ( PAYABLE TO MIDDLECOURT TRUST ON ACCEPTANCE )
Terms and Conditions:
- debentures are to be paid on acceptance of child;
- debentures to be paid into Middlecourt Trust and is to be loaded as a ONCE-OFF payment on your banking profile;
- request to be put in writing to the finance office for a refund of debenture;
- the debenture is only refundable on the following conditions:- (4.1) School fees are paid in full / up to date;
- You request the debenture refund within two months of your child leaving the school;
- debentures are paid out by the March of the following year after your child/ren leave Lilyfontein School.
