South African citizen
Currently in Matric OR have completed Matric
Studying or intend on studying within one of the aforementioned fields of study
Current Matric students: must achieve a minimum “B” symbol for Mathematics, Science and English
Current 1st or 2nd-year students: must achieve a 100% pass rate
Strong academic record
*Preference will be given to students who reside in local communities of Glencore Alloys operations
