This year the Admission Online System for 2024 will open in TWO Phases:

PHASE 1

Opens 10 August and closes 3 September
This is for all learners currently in a public school in Gauteng

PHASE 2

Opens 13 September and closes 8 October
This is for learners currently in grade 7 but not in a Public school in Gauteng

You will receive an SMS with a link to register. Please go and register using your cellphone number as your login. If you experience any difficulties at this stage you need to contact the Primary school that your child is currently attending. You will need to register yourself as the parent, and your child needs to enter Gr 8 in 2024.

Your cellphone number is critical when applying as all further communication will come to you via SMS.

Please have the following documents available as you will need to upload them on the system when applying.

All documents must be certified before you upload them.

Learner documents:

Birth certificate
Latest school report

Parent/s documents:

Proof of residence (municipal account or a certified lease agreement in your name)
Proof of work address (if applying using these criteria)
ID document or passport (of both parents)

Additional documents required if one is not a South African citizen are:

Study Permit
Temporary or permanent residence permit from the Department of Home Affairs; or
Evidence that you have applied for permission to stay in South Africa

Do not bring the documents to the school rather submit them online.

Please note that learners living in the allocated feeder area and siblings will be given preference to the work address criteria.
