2024 SCHOOL FEES

Grade 8 – R56 400.00 : Grades 9-12 – R54 400.00

School fees are due in full by 31 January 2024. In order to reduce the financial burden on parents, the School is able to accept payments as set out below, with any outstanding payments due no later than 31 October 2024.

Should payments not be made on the required date, the full amount of the outstanding balance then becomes due and payable.

A SINGLE PAYMENT of R56 400.00 (Grade 8) or R54 400.00 (Grades 9-12) If fees for the year are paid in FULL before: –

20 November 2024 an early settlement incentive amount of R4 150.00 may be deducted. 20 December 2024 an early settlement incentive amount of R3 800.00 may be deducted. 31 January 2024 an early settlement incentive amount of R2 500.00 may be deducted.

TEN (10) MONTHLY payments of R5 640.00 or R5 440.00

Commencing in January and finishing end of October, inclusive.

Payment by Monthly Debit Order AND have an opportunity to win a prize.

First debit order in January, last debit order October, inclusive, 10 uninterrupted payments of

R5 640.00 / R5 440.00.

2024 BOARDING AND SCHOOL FEES

Grade 8 – R126 150.00 : Grades 9-12 – R124 150.00

School fees are DUE on the following basis – in full by 31 January 2024. However, in order to reduce the financial burden on parents, the School is able to accept payments, as set out below, with any outstanding payments due no later than 31 October 2024.

Should payment not be made on the required date, the full amount of the outstanding balance then becomes due and payable.

1	A SINGLE PAYMENT of R126 150.00 (Grade 8) or R124 150.00 (Grades 9-12)
	If fees for the year are paid in FULL before:
	20 November 2024 an early settlement incentive amount of R9 500.00 may be deducted.
	20 December 2024 an early settlement incentive amount of R8 700.00 may be deducted.
	21 January 2024 an early settlement incentive amount of R5 700.00 may be deducted.

	NOTE: if Monthly Payments are not paid in full by the due date, your son will have to leave
	the Boarding Establishment by the first week of the month following the missed payment.

Please note the following important BE Payment conditions

Boarding Fees are not subject to any exemptions
If Boarding Fees fall into arrears, the Boarder will not be permitted to re-enter/ remain at the Boarding Establishment.
Any fees paid by parents/guardians/sponsors are allocated in the following priority order – first towards the settlement of school fees, thereafter towards payment of boarding fees.
Parents are required to provide notice of a minimum of one term should they wish to remove their son from the Boarding Establishment, failing which full annual fees are due and payable.

Recognised Credit Card/ Debit Card (excluding Diners card and American Express)
Cash

Debit Order Forms are available from the School Finance Department. These assist in planning both your and our monthly expenditure, including the payment of our Educators, Coaches, electricity etc.
