Annual fees are payable on or before 17 January 2024.
Termly fees are payable on or before the first day of each of the three terms.

Enrolments effective 1 January 2024

(Note: The Development Levy has remained unchanged from the 2024 Development Levy fee.)

A once-off, non-refundable Development Levy for entry during 2024 to each of the three Kyalami Schools (Beaulieu Preparatory, Kyalami Preparatory and Beaulieu College) is payable as outlined below.

		1st initial round of offers for grade 000 2024 will be made from
		1 October – 30 November 2024:
		The following tranche payments are due to secure the place in
		grade 000 2024:
Grade 000	R31 000	∙ 1st tranche payment R 5 000.00 due by 30 November
		2024.
		∙ 2nd tranche payment R 5 000.00 due by 31 March 2024.
		∙ 3rd tranche payment to secure the place for Grade 00
		2024 R10 500 due by 31 March 2024.
		∙ 4th tranche payment to secure the place for Grade 0
		2024 R10 500 due by 31 March 2024.

		2nd round of places offered for grade 000 2024 will take place
		from the 1 December 2024 – 28 February 2024:
		The following tranche payments are due to secure the place in

		∙ 1st tranche payments R10 000 due by 31 March 2024.
		∙ 2nd tranche payment to secure the place for
		Grade 00 2024 R10 500 due by 31 March 2024.
		∙ 3rd tranche payment to secure the place for
		Grade 0 2024 R10 500 due by 31 March 2024.
		Places offered for grade 000 2024 during the period
		1 March 2024 – December 2024:
		The following tranche payments are due to secure the place in
		grade 000 2024:

		∙ 1st tranche payments of R10 000.00 is due at the time of
		a place being offered to secure the place for grade 000
		2024.
		∙ 2nd tranche payment of R10 500 is due by 31 March
		2024 to secure the place for Grade 00 2024.
		∙ 3rd tranche payment of R10 500 is due by 31 March
		2024 to secure a place in grade 0 2024.

		Payable in 2 tranche payments as follows:
		∙ R15 500 is due by 31 March 2024
		∙ Final payment of R15 500 is due by 31 March 2024 to
Grade 00	R31 000	secure the place for grade 0 2024

		Full payment is due by the earlier of 31 March 2024 or
Grade 0 – 7	R31 000	immediately prior to the commencement of the pupil at the
		school.

Full payment is due by the earlier of 30 April 2024
		From May – December, prior to the year of enrolment the
Grade 8 – 10	R31 000	Development Levy is due 14 days after the initial date of the
		letter of offer.

		Payable in 2 tranche payments.
		1st Tranche payment R10 500 is due at the time of an offer of a
Grade 11	R21 000	place.
		2nd Tranche payment R10 500 becomes due at the end of
		October of the year prior to entry into grade 12 to secure the
		place offered in Grade 12.
Grade 12	R10 500	Due at the time of enrolment.

**Note: Pupils may not commence at either of the schools unless the Non-Refundable Development Levy has been paid in full.

Once the non-refundable Development Levy is paid at any entry-level at Kyalami Preparatory or Beaulieu Preparatory Schools, no further Development Levies or deposits of whatever kind is payable when the pupil transfers to Beaulieu College for Grade 8 unless there is a directive from the Board of Directors.

School tuition fees are inclusive of:

Kyalami Preparatory and Beaulieu Preparatory Schools: Textbooks, stationery, photographs, school magazine, day trips and performances, study skills programme, transport to and from school functions, eye and ear screening for Grade 0 and new pupils

Beaulieu College: Textbooks, School Annual Magazine, Subject Stationery and Subject Outings.

3rd child – 10%

4th child – 10%
