Parents wishing to pay the child’s school fees by 31 January to receive the 5% discount, please note the following is the fees after the discount (5%). The 5% discount only applies to full fee-paying pupils.

CHARGES ON FEE STATEMENT

Parents are informed that besides the tuition fees, textbooks, stationery, etc, the other items that maybe included on your child’s fee statement are:-

Olympiad (English/Arabic/Science/Maths)
ICAS (University of New South Wales Benchmark Exams)
Excursions

If your child did not participate in the activity and has been charged, kindly inform the Fee Secretary so that we may pass a credit.

We thank parents for their timeous payment of the school fees. Your support in ensuring that the fees are paid on time is fundamental to the functionality of the school. The school has moved over to a new accounting package which we are confident will assist us in our fee collection and management.

Kindly note that EFT payments and direct deposits are impossible to reconcile to the rightful account without the learner’s Name/Admin No (5 digits) and Grade.

A full term’s notice in writing or payment of fees in lieu thereof is required before the removal of a learner.

No refund of fees is made if a learner is absent for all or part of the term.

All payments or correspondence in connection with fees should be addressed to the administrator at the school.

Parents who make direct deposits into the school banking account are requested to forward the necessary proof of payment to the fee secretary (Mrs N. Jaffer). Fees are only paid once the school has issued a receipt.
