2 x Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)/ Equivalent qualification
2 x Auxiliary Certificate or Proof of Results
2 x Proof of enrollment at S.A.N.C (S.A.N.C Receipt)
2 x ID Document
2 x Marriage Certificate (if married and surname different from ID or Certificate)
2 x Proof of Indemnity for 12 Months

BRIDGING NURSING COURSE

REQUIREMENTS:
