DEBIT ORDER

Payment of monthly school fees is by debit order only, processed on the second day of each month or the first business day thereafter. Please ensure that the necessary funds are available on 2 January to honour the first debit order of the new year.

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Discount is calculated on school fees, excluding additional charges, and is available for siblings in all grades of Waterfall Schools, i.e. Pre-Primary to Matric. Each additional discount will be applied to the lowest fee, as follows: 5% for the second child, 10% for the third child and 15% for the fourth. To request a sibling discount, please email accounts@waterfallschools.co.za. This cannot be backdated.

NOTICE PERIOD

Written notice of one term (or three months’) is required if a student is withdrawn from the school. Alternatively, one term (or three months’) school fees are payable. Email Janine Mundell in the Admissions Department on j.mundell@waterfallschools.co.za.

MEDIA CENTRE

Fines, lost books and personal photocopies or print-outs may be charged to school fee accounts.

FINANCE OFFICE
