Details of St Henrys Marist College Application Form 2024/2025
Please note that certification of copies of all documents should be no older than 3 months.
- Proof of payment of the application fee. Payment of the application fee can be made via cash, card
or EFT. - Certified copies of the Learner’s two latest term’s School Reports (if applicable) .
- Certified copy of the Learner’s Unabridged Birth Certificate.
- Certified copy of Health Certificate confirming that all statutory inoculations have been
administered (Grades 000 to 7 applicants only). - Certified copies of the Learner’s Parents / Guardians / Third Party’s ID books /smart ID cards.
- Certified copy of a utility bill or lease agreement not older than 3 months with the Parents /
Guardians / Third Party’s physical address thereon. - Fee statement from the Learner’s current school.
- In order to confirm affordability and to facilitate the acceptance of this application, kindly attach copies of the last 3 months bank statements and salary slips of both Parents / Guardians / Third parties. In the event of self-employment, please also provide a letter from the Accountant / Public Officer detailing income or alternatively a copy of the most recent financials of the business certified by the Accountant / Public Officer, along with relevant company documentation including tax clearance certificates.
ST HENRY’S MARIST COLLEGE ADMISSIONS PROCESS – 2024 ADMISSIONS
- Payment of application fee – R500. via EFT, cash or card. Please attach “Proof of payment” if via

- Completion of a FULLY completed application form. This can either be done online via the College website or submission by hand to the Admissions Department, together with all supporting documentation and proof of payment of the application fee.
- Note that the application process cannot continue without all required documentation.
- Scanned copies of the form and accompanying documentation cannot be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances. In such cases, the originals must be submitted as soon as possible. If an online application has been made the original supporting documents must be submitted to the College.
- Communication of outcome of the initial phase of the application.
- If approved, the next steps are:
- Grades 000-3 – Readiness test
- Grades 4-7 – Placement assessment
- Grade 8 – Placement assessment
- All grades – An interview is required
- Communication of outcome. If approved, a place will be offered. Parents will be advised in writing. Additional documents may be required at this step in the process and an additional information form completed.
- To complete acceptance and enrolment, the following is required:
